ALOUETTE
Alouette, a radio station created in the Vendée region in 1981, benefited from the freedom of the local stations of the time. It is one of the few to have resisted erosion (remember radio X, Fréquence 49, then Oxygène, for example, all born in 1981 and dying over the years). At the time, the station was increasingly heard in the Choletais area, and it seemed only natural that it should extend its reach. Today, it has a regional audience of 100,000 listeners of all ages, with a rich multi-cultural program. A wide variety of musical programs and a good deal of local news and information. It provides live speed camera announcements, non-stop nightly hits and fun games. Reception quality is excellent, even in areas where other radios crackle. Anjou has adopted it, even if the younger generation is sometimes unaware of its long history.
