13th century fortress with various medieval buildings and gardens in Angers
A 13th-century fortress built on a slate hillside, it houses medieval buildings and a variety of gardens, including a hanging vegetable garden, rose garden and vineyard. You can also admire the famous Apocalypse tapestry, listed in UNESCO's Memory of the World register on May 18, 2023, and the largest preserved tapestry in the world: 100 meters of embroidered fabric. Themed tours are available all year round. Access to the château is via the pretty Bout du Monde promenade.

Il faut voir bien sur la tapisserie mais il fait surtout faire le tour des remparts et prendre des photos de la ville
