The brainchild of Alexandra, a patient at a rehabilitation center, and Tanguy, a teacher of adapted sports activities, Cap Adapt was born. Divided into different areas, the center's aim is to take care of you and your body, by focusing on sport, health and well-being, and adapting its proposals to all publics. So you'll find areas to work out in the gym or in the pool, alone or in a group class, to relax in the balneo or in the institute (face and body treatments, cures, waxing).
