Qi Gong, which literally means "energy work", has been a discipline in its own right in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Pascale had the revelation after a training course in 1998 and then for five years she followed the direct teaching of Master Zhang Guangde, founder of the method. Qi Gong is a simple and harmonious way to strengthen, soften and maintain our body. Classes take place in small groups and do not require any equipment, outdoors or indoors. By appointment, Pascale will come to your home.
