les personnels sont agréables.
Accueil parfaite de Damien. tout est bien expliqué. on se sent a l'aise rapidement.
Accueil sympa et explications claires à l'accueil.
Même si l'espace vestiaires/ douches est vieillot, l'ensemble reste correct. Espace aquatique assez fréquenté mais accessible.
Les soins sont faits avec attention et gentillesse, sauf à l'institut ou le soin visage de monsieur a été réduit d'autorité par l'esthéticienne un peu désagréable d'ailleurs.Les autre soins sont bien programmés et l'organisation est satisfaisante.
Bref, juste ce qu'il faut mais plutôt pas mal.
