Super resto ,avec une carte courte de produit frais et de qualité,cuisine au top et service au top ,bref un resto incontournable sur Biarritz.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour sur Biarritz !!

En week-end à Biarritz, nous avons passez un excellent moment en famille autour des bonnes assiettes au bistrot du Haou: filets de bœuf de Galice tendre à souhait, plat végétarien, chipirons avec ses légumes croquants et son riz noir et quelques assiettes à grignoter (jambon Ibaïama de la maison Ospital, anchois de Getaria peu salés avec des zestes de citron vert un vrai régal).
Cadre feutré ,ambiance décontractée, cuisine créative et authentique et un bel accueil. En un mot Excellent!!!!!
