The You Sushi restaurant is one of the best artisanal sushi restaurants in the Basque Country. In a modern and relaxed setting, you will find here high quality sushi made to order. Exclusively "superior" Scottish salmon and fresh fish arriving daily. From classic pieces to more original creations, the Japanese restaurant " éco-engagé " offers a wide range of sushi, makis, california rolls, including the famous foie gras or mango, fresh rolls... And we can say that they know what they are talking about: perfect rice cooking, fresh fish from small-scale Atlantic fishing, discreet seasoning... Tuna, salmon, sea bream... these delicious Japanese dishes are dressed with fresh fruit and vegetables, sometimes with spicy (Thai style) or sometimes sweet notes. A delight!
