Exclusively "superior" Scottish salmon and fresh fish arriving daily. From classic pieces to more original creations, the Japanese restaurant " éco-engagé " offers a wide range of sushi, makis, california rolls, including the famous foie gras or mango, fresh rolls... And we can say that they know what they are talking about: perfect rice cooking, fresh fish from small-scale Atlantic fishing, discreet seasoning... Tuna, salmon, sea bream... these delicious Japanese dishes are dressed with fresh fruit and vegetables, sometimes with spicy (Thai style) or sometimes sweet notes. A delight!
