A warm and welcoming establishment offering home-made Spanish and Basque dishes with Spanish wines.
Here, Spain has an appointment in Biarritz, well hidden in a small street in the heart of Biarritz. The establishment boasts a warm and welcoming setting. Its Sevillian-style decor and flamenco music colour the room as soon as you enter. On the plate, you will find Spanish and Basque temperaments with homemade, rather classic dishes: omelettes with porcini mushrooms; pan of chipirons with garlic, ham or cod croquette "house"; grilled sole a la plancha and rice with porcini mushrooms; grilled suckling pig with tarbais beans and diced Pata Negra... The "signature" dishes of the house are the callejon, giant skewers of beef, prawns, bull, duck, which can be mixed to vary the pleasures! Quality dishes to be accompanied by a fine wine list, mainly Spanish. A timeless, exotic and very pleasant moment where you can meet the people of the moment who come to end the evening after the show.
