The Saline Ceviche bar restaurant is a culinary voyage between dishes from the Basque Country and elsewhere. A Peruvian speciality, ceviche cooks raw fish by marinating it in a sauce with lemon, allowing it to cook. The fish on the menu comes from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction, with fresh produce that varies according to arrivals. Poke bowls are available: Hawaiian, Tahitian or Californian, with a choice of salmon, white fish (or tofu) and several sauces. Dishes made to order, freshness guaranteed.

Comme toujours, on apprécie: le cadre chaleureux, le service souriant et attentionné et bien sûr la cuisine! Des plats ultra-frais, assaisonnés parfaitement (que de saveurs!), copieux....on se régale à chaque fois! Parmi notre best-of familial: le ceviche tahitien (on voyage....), le Poke Cho (avec saumon snacké) et la salade Thaï à l'effiloché d'épaule de porc (ça fond dans la bouche)... Tout le monde y trouve son bonheur!
Et s'il vous reste une "petite" place, les desserts sont également délicieux!
