Chistera et Coquillages is the perfect address for ocean food lovers. Thibault and his brigade welcome you, proud as sailors, in a maritime bistro setting that's a joy to immerse yourself in! 3 rooms, 3 atmospheres, with a terrace offering tempting pintxos and platters to share, shellfish a la plancha, seafood from the fishmonger, parillada, entrecôte Chistera and prime rib, not forgetting the "homemade" desserts. It doesn't take long to get used to this establishment, for a cup of coffee at 9am, or a glass of wine after the market.

Cuisine soignée. La bavette d'aloyau était goûteuse mais pas très tendre...dommage car tous les autres plats testés sont excellents. Le turbot notamment qui est un délice. Le cochon de lait également. Les divers desserts comme le pain perdu ou la tarte tatin sont excellents. Tous les plats sont copieusement servis avec le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois. Il se pourrait qu'on prenne un abonnement ????. Allez-y et vous passerez un très beau et bon moment pour un prix très correct.
