You won't be disappointed if you enjoy "in front of you" plancha cooking. With one eye on the ocean and the other on your plate, you'll have an excellent time with simple, successful dishes: octopus salad, pimientos stuffed with cod, squid, grilled sardines, piperade tuna, chipirons, Spanish hake and Basque cake.
