The Cantina is a little hidden but well known to night owls, and can be devilishly practical in case of late cravings. Indeed, all the originality of the place is to welcome its customers every evening between 10 pm and 3 am (even slightly overtime in summer). It's ideal when leaving a show at the nearby Gare du Midi station, the cinema (the Royal is not far either), or a slightly alcoholic evening. The dishes are simple, but copious and good, the omelettes with porcini mushrooms or cheese hit the spot, the Cantina plate mixing lomo, txistorra, fried egg and French fries will give you a serious boost, and will eventually give you back the strength to continue your nocturnal escapade. You will then be able to taste some riojas at the corner of the bar while talking rugby with the boss: an essential subject...
