LMB RESTAURANT - LA MAISON BIARROTTE
Cosy and vintage restaurant where the taste and the local products prevail for the traditional cooking of the chef
Vintage and cosy atmosphere for this restaurant located within the Grand Tonic hotel, but with an independent entrance. Calm and intimate, the LMB is ideal to spend a warm moment. Chef Rémi Le Bretton guarantees a traditional and classic cuisine where the soup of the day, the ham of character, the fillet of beef in port sauce, the roasted veal quasi and the scallops seduce. Pretty creations such as the salad of chipirons and prawns sautéed with vegetables or scallops with Caesar sauce, semi-cooked foie gras with Jurançon, beggar's fruit chutney, a plate of Bigorre black ham (20 months of maturing), a turbotin meunière or sweetbreads and prawns... Here, no unnecessary frills, it's the taste that counts and the product of local origin. The decoration of the large room with its subdued lighting and a string of huge and impressive rosewood velvet benches is renowned. A racy setting and a very efficient menu, even in the desserts with kouign-amann served warm, caramelized apple coulis.
