LA TANTINA DE BURGOS
Renovated and friendly restaurant where the season and the land inspire the chef in his specialties.
Over the years, owner David Arruabarrena has preserved the charm of this restaurant, which boasts quite a personality, with a decor that brilliantly reflects the assets of the Basque country. Perfectly renovated yet retaining its charm, with superb paintings by local artists, notably Asky, and a few details that immediately bring to mind the bistros of yesteryear that we still love so much. A convivial room with a typical counter at the entrance, checkered tablecloths, nothing is missing. A cuisine that matches the place, with an Ospital ibaiama sausage, a plank of Iberian pig, chipiron plancha, homemade grilled black pudding, txangurro or, depending on the season, a cep omelette... And last but not least, the delicious and timeless chocolate mousse. Here, the season and the terroir dictate and inspire the chef.

Produits frais, service rapide
Personnel très sympa pensez à réserver !!
We went here for a dinner and I can’t express how good food was! everything was sooooo delicious.
Anchovies and croquettes are my favorite
Highly recommended if you around but try to make reservations, because once it’s open it’s full in 2 min after
Service was of course with French attitude but I just have to accept it because I’m in France
