Here, everything is devoted to the delicate and refined pleasures of the table, thanks to the Rosier duo, who confirm their talent every year! Simplicity, conviviality and creativity combine subtly in an intimate setting where they play on "the alliance of their Basque roots and the demands of the finest gastronomy". Stéphane devotes himself to starters and desserts, while Andrée, the ^1st female Meilleur Ouvrier de France, is responsible for the main courses. A Michelin star has been shining for years over this place dedicated to culinary excellence and refinement.

1 Michelin star.open from 12pm to 2pm and 8pm to 9:30pm wednesday to sunday for lunch and dinner. Annual closure, please enquire. Reservations essential. Tasting menu: €85. Wine and food pairing: €140. A la carte menu around €110. Lunch menu: 46 € (weekday lunchtimes). Groups of up to 32 people. Possibility of privatizing the restaurant.

Belle expérience culinaire avec un accord mets/vins parfois surprenant mais toujours juste. L'accueil et le service sont impeccables, chaleureux, on se sent très bien !
On a la chance de pouvoir rencontrer la cheffe Andrée ROSIER qui nous rend visite à table. Tout est parfait ! Merci à tous !

Première fois pour moi dans ce restaurant étant de la région est étant grand fan de gastronomie en général, aucun regret dans ce restaurant, les produits sont frais et de très bonne qualité, les cuissons maîtriser à la perfection, le personnel est vraiment très gentils, la chef de salle sûrement avec un tatouage à la jambes est vraiment TOP, très à l'écoute et simple avec le clients. Je recommande fortement aux amateurs de gastronomie.

Salle sombre et non chaleureuse, manque de lumière extérieure cela ressemble plutôt à une salle d'attente qu'à un restaurant gastro. Cuisine sans aucune surprise pour un menu déjeuner, nous n'avons pas "mal mangé" mais pas de saveurs particulières ni d'associations de produits étonnantes, assez décevant pour le prix.
