The Marloe has been on a roll since its creation. This is hardly surprising, given that it is run by well-known professionals Johanna and Eric Martins, who have worked in some of the world's most famous establishments, and by the no less famous chef Anthony Ruffet. The cuisine is creative, seasonal and regional. All products are rigorously selected, a true eco-responsible approach. Set in cosy spaces inside or on the patio, the welcome, the dishes and the service are all mastery and flavor. Don't miss the famous crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier... a delight.
