Zou is a Mediterranean cellar diner preparing generous dishes based on seasonal and local produce in Miarritze.

Cellar dining or neobistro in Mediterranean colors, Zou's cuisine and market dishes (close to the halles) make it a bistronomic stopover that has quickly become a must, where generosity is served in cast-iron casseroles with silver cutlery. Aude, daughter of a butcher in Lyon, and her chef Eva, who trained with Michelin-starred chef Rabanel in Arles, will delight you in this intimate setting with traditional blanquette de veau, Basque-style bouillabaisse, and melt-in-your-mouth beef bourguignon (simmered for twenty-four hours)... Authentic!

Je n’ai jamais été autant bluffée par un restaurant. Le concept d’assiettes à partager est un intéressant !
Et la cuisine : et bien c’était succulent. Les associations, les sauces, les ingrédients : j’ai adoré !
L’ accueil était parfait, les échanges avec le cuisinier aussi.
Je recommande à 200%
