Boutiques du centre ville à 10 minutes à pied.
Residence calme surtout pour les appartements sur jardin. En revanche gros point noir pour l'insonorisation des appartements. Impossible de faire une sieste tellement les chaises font du bruit! Les femmes de ménages nettoient les appartements le matin et en début d'après-midi, c'est infernal. On entend l'aspirateur 2 étages au dessus...
On vous recommande la residence PetV à Houlgate qui est parfaitement insonorisée !
Sinon Biarritz est agréable et la ville de Bayonne absolument à voir.
