Just 300 m from Biarritz's Grande Plage, 93 spacious apartments (from studios for two people to three-room apartments for six people) benefit from an attractive location in the lively Saint-Charles district. And it's hard to imagine how quiet they are from the outside, as they open onto small, well-landscaped islands of greenery. The refined entrance hall, with its warm colors and comfortable sofas, is the meeting point for the five-storey apartments. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la résidence avec la possibilité de tout faire à pieds ou avec les nombreux services de bus.
L'appartement était parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Nous avions un studio avec vue jardin au calme. Deux points négatifs cependant :
- le canapé lit aurait besoin d'être remplacé : housses des coussins délavés et un peu tachés.
- il est nécessaire d'équiper les chaises et meubles de patins anti-bruit. Les appartements étant mal insonorisés, les déplacements de chaises ou autres peuvent s'avérer dérangeants.
Néanmoins, dans ce genre de résidence, il n'y a pas de calme absolu !
