Également de gros problèmes d’insonorisation nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et chambres alentours!

Unfortunately Air Conditioning wasn't working very warm ???? Indian Summer ????
But Audery was very helpful and offered us a lovely credit voucher to use again she explained the situation,the entire building is being updated,so we look forward to seeing this and comming back Next Year
All in all a very enjoyable first ???? class First time in France.......

D'autre part, nous avions expressément demandé d'être le plus au calme possible, si possible au dernier étage mais si vous voulez du calme il faut payer un supplément ! Dans ce cas, revoyez l'isolation phonique de cette résidence en commençant par mettre des patins sous les chaises et le mobilier, cela réduirait considérablement les nuisances.....nous y étions hors saison aussi en pleine saison ce doit être cauchemardesque. Vraiment dommage car sinon beaucoup de points positifs, mais nous ne reviendrons pas....notre sommeil et tranquillité sont importants en vacances.
