My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stay here, due to my 7 year old becoming very ill the days leading up to our stay. When I called the hotel to inquire about their cancellation policy, they informed me that we were past the point of receiving a refund (because we used an online travel agency to book). However they tried their best to get the room rented so they could refund us a portion of our booking. We felt this was more than fair on the part of the hotel considering the circumstances. Both of the women at the front desk who helped us were friendly, responsive, and wonderful communicators. And the owners were so kind to make this exception for us. They didn't have to do that for us and they did it with warmth and professional. We very much forward to staying here next time we are in Biarritz. Thank you, Chateau du Clair de Lune for your hospitality. We will always remember this!

Super hôtel, 5 jours de plaisir dans un endroit relaxant et reposant. Les services sont au top, la prestation de massage un réel moment de plaisir. Nous étions dans le pavillon de chasse, la chambre était spacieuse avec un belle terrasse donnant sur le château.
Le seul petit bémol l’attente durant le dîner.
Mais merci à toute l’équipe pour cette clôture de vacances chez vous.

Un bel attrape touriste, un accueil pas foufou, j’ai senti la compression de personnel (une à mon arrivée, vraiment pas intéressée et la seconde à ma sortie qui faisait tout : petit déj, check out, encaissement, s’occuper des résidents et tout le reste…)
Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est, 300€ la nuit c’est non, le cadre est beau certes mais pas incroyable surtout avec le bruit de le route juste derrière … petit dej industriel a 18€ fallait le faire, eau chaude et isolation à revoir. On nous demande pas notre avis mais on encaisse les euros.
