This hotel is superbly located on Place Clemenceau, in the heart of the seaside town, close to the beaches and the Casino. It displays elegance and modernism. A contemporary design inspired by pop art is the hallmark of the place. The breakfast room plays the same score with white bistro tables surrounded by white chairs, also in the air of time, against the backdrop of the breakfast buffet. The 69 rooms and 8 junior suites, about 20 of which have an ocean view, have been worked in the same spirit: giant headboards, 1970s furniture all white on astonishing carpets like waves of all colours: comfort goes hand in hand with character! The junior suites can be used as family rooms because they have a second room with a sofa bed always in shades of purple and a shower room, while the first one has a bathroom and a dressing room as well as a flat screen in each room. Many assets to make a successful stay in Biarritz. A free shuttle bus around town is at the foot of the hotel.

The service we received at the reception, as well as in our room, was first class.
The area of improvement is the breakfast; our advice would be to hire ASAP a 4 Stars Chief who would rebuild the image France portrays in the world regarding preparing and offering food.
Next, and not the most difficult as parking is next to the hotel, is making a deal with the parking company so the hotel can offer parking to its customers. Some hotels of this class offer parking to their customers, but even a reasonable cost to the customers would be acceptable.
