As far as tapas bars on the French side are concerned, in any case, we are not far from the podium as the variety, originality and freshness of the products used are so evident in every bite. Pintxos with much less fat than in Spain: here, no oil oozing along the bread, but creativity is in evidence, delicious little crab rolls, fresh liver served on a bed of figs, salmon tartar mixed with fruit and vegetables. Moreover, you can order two large plates, you won't fall twice on the same pintxo so many creations! And every Thursday is a fun evening with darts, poker, etc. with prizes to be won.
