For the past 12 years, Bestraining has been a multi-discipline gym in the heart of the Iraty craftsmen's village, grouping together fitness and performance-related activities with regularly renewed equipment. The brainchild of 2 fitness trainers, 3 sports are grouped together: weightlifting for coordination, gymnastics for bodyweight work and athletics for cardiovascular development.
