After his very first success in Cap Ferret, Hugo Bassani opened a number of other restaurants, including one in Biarritz! It has to be said that the simple family recipe is unstoppable. At Pépite Cookie, everything is homemade and the ingredients are carefully selected. The cookies come out of the oven all day long, and the signatures are highly original.
