This pizzeria, with its shaded terrace on the outskirts of Bidache, is a piece of Italy in the village. The establishment offers quality pizzas, poke bowls and home-made focaccias, all made with fresh ingredients. On the pizza menu, there's something for every taste: tomato-based with classics - caprese, reine, calzone... -, local - bayonnaise, landaise, chorizo... and crème fraîche - carbonara, capri, mama, tartiflette, san marco... Pizzas worthy of the name!

On a tellement hâte d'y retourner. Genre d'endroit qu'on souhaite avoir au Québec. Un vrai coup de cœur. Choix du menu, service et mets 5 étoiles. Merci et Bravo Olivier, celui qui fait briller ce petit bijou de resto à Bidache. A bientôt!! Marie-Claude et Daniel

Un regal !! Delicieuse decouverte, de passage dans la region. Pâte croustillante à souhait et des produits extrêmement frais ! Pour tous les amoureux des vraies pizzas qui ont du goût ! Service rapide et attentionné.
