Un monsieur au téléphone juste immonde. Je n’ai jamais eu affaires à des gens si méprisants et non-professionnels. À fuir surtout si vous cherchez un hôtel avec des employés accueillants et gentils. Une simple demande, et je me fais insulté par téléphone. J’hallucine comment cet hôtel peut fonctionner. Service client absolument irrespectueuse. J’aurai peur d’y séjourner.

Nous nous y sommes arrêtés un midi cet été pour déguster 4 salades. La salade au fromage comprenait finalement aussi des tranches de lard, et mon époux n'en mange pas. Ils ont aussitôt repris l assiette pour nous servir une nouvelle salade et le patron lui-même est venu gentiment s'excuser. Il n en avait pas l obligation mais il l a fait et cela nous a beaucoup touché. Les salades étaient délicieuses et nous avons passé un bon moment. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à Bidarray, rien que pour pouvoir déjeuner à nouveau ici. Merci encore.

Très bel hôtel de campagne sur la place de l église. Terrasse ombragée. Personnel très sympathique et souriant. Chambre confortable. Très bon lit. Calme. Repas excellent. Je le recommande.

Nous avons dîner et pris des sandwichs à emporter pour notre randonnée du GR10, la qualité des produits étaient au rendez vous. Les croquettes en entrée étaient excellentes ainsi que l’entrecôte sauce bleu et le veau sauce champignon.
