This Romanesque church is known for its red sandstone walls.
Known for its red sandstone walls, in Romanesque style, this 12th century church, classified as a Historic Monument with its cemetery (take the time to walk through it) has undergone transformations over the centuries with a partial reconstruction in 1625 and no longer has the appearance of the medieval chapel built on this site (the remains are in the lower part): bell tower-wall in the facade which looks strangely like a pediment, square paved with the arms of Roncesvalles and choir which has benefited from an elevation. Its interior is typical of Basque churches with two floors.
