This warm and friendly restaurant at the foot of the Moulin offers a bucolic stroll in the guinguette spirit. Stone terrace, century-old trees, wooden tables... a green ambiance. The à la carte menu features local produce and traditional recipes. An institution renovated without denying its prestigious past. Away from it all, with a tent-like structure, "the little Trianon in the middle of nature", for groups. On se régale dans un décor naturel . L’accueil et le service sont sympathiques, les mets sont goûteux, l’environnement est champêtre… sans oublier de rapporter un gâteau basque acheté au moulin en repartant !
Seul bémol: les amuses bouche un peu chers même si très bons.

Cadre accueillant en face du moulin de Bassilour. Personnel efficace et aimable. Rapport qualité prix au rendez-vous.
Nous avons passez un très bon moment.
Seul bémol, restaurant vite pris d'assaut pendant la période estival.
