The talented owners, Julie and Valentin, are very precocious. Valentin masters the flavors and cooking of fish and meat, with dishes influenced by all kinds of influences: ceviche of fish from our coasts; suckling lamb and Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes (Belaun), vegetables from Paul's market garden; pavlova from Mahaina to share, black fig, and many other equally inventive dishes. Locavore and seasonal cuisine par excellence. A fine list of biodynamic wines. The young chef has the makings of a future great. A great place to try!
