Sensitive to the richness of the producers of the Basque Country, Jules and Raphaëlle condition their dishes by the freshness according to the arrivals. Fish are in the spotlight, between sea bass, hake and chipirons, as well as meats with specialties cooked over a wood fire... This method of cooking makes fish and meat even more tasty. Nous avons dîné un soir au restaurant: des plats à partager délicieux, une très bonne cuisine travaillée avec des produits de qualité.
On a particulièrement aimé la décoration authentique de l’hôtel. Notre séjour fût parfait!!
Pas mal d'attente, on sent le personnel, bien qu'agréable, un peu perdu.
Bonne ambiance.
La cuisine est bonne, voire très bonne, mais pas donnée non plus en ce qui concerne les viandes et poissons au kilo à partager.
Pas de menu enfants, ce qui peut être compliqué ...
