LA CUISINE DE GILLES
Gilles Narbaburu was one of the pioneers of home-to-home services in Béarn. Formed at the hard school of a renowned trio, Guérard, Oudil and Ducasse, he has been working on order for 17 years in your kitchen, but also offers meal trays for businesses, meals seated for your receptions and custom service for dînatoires cocktails. To bring innovation to the event organisation, Gilles designed an original mobile kitchen, which was chosen by the association Transtech Aquitaine in his selection of "Inventions of the Future 2013". Gilles's nomadic central islet, equipped with adjustable counters, provides all the fantasies for adult or child audiences: culinary challenges, gastronomic workshops, original tastings are now possible on all occasions and in all places.
