Tout d'abord, un petit hôtel très joliment décoré et confortable, avec de très jolies vues, au coeur d'un petit village basque typique.
Côté restaurant, la cuisine est excellente. Cuissons maitrisées, sauces gouteuses et légères, desserts originaux en font une table de grande qualité.
Cerise sur le gâteau (basque...), l'accueil et le service, sympathique et chaleureux viennent parfaire ce tableau sans faute.
Une étape à ne pas manquer.
