In the heart of the typical village of Biriatou, just a stone's throw from Spain, you'll find this charming inn - a perfectly restored 17th-century building - where Peio and his team will give you a warm welcome. The menu features Basque specialties made with seasonal and local produce: foie gras, axoa, fish from the fish market, rib of beef, cake... cake. The establishment also boasts 5 spacious, elegantly-decorated rooms, a blend of the old and the new, all with private terraces. An ideal place to put down your bags and visit the Basque country.

Tout d'abord, un petit hôtel très joliment décoré et confortable, avec de très jolies vues, au coeur d'un petit village basque typique.
Côté restaurant, la cuisine est excellente. Cuissons maitrisées, sauces gouteuses et légères, desserts originaux en font une table de grande qualité.
Cerise sur le gâteau (basque...), l'accueil et le service, sympathique et chaleureux viennent parfaire ce tableau sans faute.
Une étape à ne pas manquer.
