With its 3 or 7-course confidence menu, l'Esberit explores all your sensations with blind menus. At lunchtime, 3 or 4-course menus let you discover all the talent of the chef and his brigade. The restaurant flourished in downtown Pau before finding its new home in this magnificent 19th-century building.
