EN ROUGE ET LOIRE
Why stop on such a good path? This is undoubtedly the question Vincent Salvat, the owner of the square Heron's ringette, which has been living in Balzac Park, on the banks of the Maine river, for several years now, had to ask himself. Reinforced by the well-deserved success of the place and its concept (seasonal openings, wooden construction, entertainment), our man decided to set up in spring 2017 on the banks of the Loire, facing Île aux Chevaux. A peaceful, intimate place, offering a splendid panorama, and that we will have all the difficulties in the world to leave once we sit down for a good beer, with a discreet jazz background. As in Le Héron carré, the staff is smiling, attentive, and a small stage hosts concerts every Friday and Saturday evening, but also street theatre shows, DJ sets... A little something to eat? The catering service, installed in a hut next to the bar, has evolved a little since last year but does not shine any more than the square Heron. Having a drink and relaxing is not bad enough, but the meal part is not essential!
