The commune of Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné welcomes La Perle du Layon, a 10 kilometre nature race that will wind between vineyards and paths in two different loops. No great difficulty to mention, the event is accessible to all sportsmen and women who are a little bit festive: it will indeed start at 8pm! So put on your sneakers - you'll need them, and be one of the 240 or so athletes expected to take part in this friendly challenge!
Distance: 10 km.
Difficulty: easy to medium.
Appointment: collection of race numbers at 6pm at the Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné stadium, and departure at 8pm rue du Canal-de-Monsieur.
Other practical information: all non-licensed participants must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.
The more sporty can embark on the new course: the 18 km long Layon crossing.
