An address offering dishes for all tastes and budgets in Mauges-sur-Loire.
On one side, the windmill, real curiosity in the region and on the other, a hostel whose kitchen is orchestrated by Christophe Debray who worked at the Croisic and Bordeaux before joining this place not like the others. At home there are all tastes and costs. Moulin obliges, we opted for the menu… du Moulin with the program, a disorganized pie with seasonal vegetables, topinambours foam and crawling goat. Between duck and duck candies with candied pears and pepper juice and hake cooked steam, heart of shell, tagliatelles of courgettes and true white butter, our heart scales. The warm magdalen at Roquefort is comforting before the arrival of the amazing beet/raspberry osmosa and Granny Smith apples. A beautiful address not to be forgotten.
