Lucien and his son concoct great dishes inspired by the region and adding little secret touches to make them stand out. The Labbé's bought this restaurant in 1987 and gradually transformed it into a renowned establishment in the whole region. For some time now, the sons have been following in their father's footsteps, from Franck at the stove to Steve at the table. To taste: the chicken filet in Elsass cordon bleu, munster ham with cream sauce and mushrooms.

Prenez un verre longdrink et couvrez le fond avec du sirop de citron ou de grenadine.
Remplissez votre verre avec ¾ de glace.
Versez-y 5cl de Picon Orange.
