AUBERGE DES TROIS PROVINCES
On the road to Clisson in Mortagne-sur-Lecourbe you can find this beautiful rustic house with rustic and family decor. The Lecourbe, which runs along the park, encourages the walk, as well as the chef's dishes: frogs'legs take us to the marshes, the salmon and perch it in Loire, the Saint-Jacques and gambas at sea, with beef and lamb in green meadows. The snail leads his way to our plate, where we can also enjoy the shark and kangaroo, from countries farther away. All this is prepared with refinement and passion, a kitchen where chance has no place. A carpaccio of pineapple, a cheesecake of ginger and candied lemon or the tatin pie pie will end up with your meal. Needless to say, the products evolve according to the seasons, as any good restaurant. The garden is strongly recommended for a summer lunch, in the shade of a tree, for a even more pleasant moment. Feel free to book the evening and Sunday.
