The Club d'Aïkido des Plaines de Trélazé is part of the GHAAN group and one of the leading French Aikido and Budo Federation clubs in the Angers area. The club uses the Daguerre Dojo, a 220m2 municipal facility maintained by the Mairie de Trélazé. The club is run by volunteer teachers and active members, and currently boasts some forty members, both children and adults. The club also offers trial classes. Aikido is an activity open to all, including women and children, and helps develop self-control and respect for rules.
