The idea is simple, one room = one atmosphere. As for the dishes, here we find a traditional and inventive cuisine such as this piece of angus with cocoa sauce or a melting pike and whisky emulsion, and for the sweet note, the meringue passion fruit with its mango jelly is a delight. The products are fresh, seasonal and local. Vegetarians will also find their happiness here. To accompany all this, there is a fine selection of Loire wines.
