AUBERGE DE LA FORÊT
The Auberge de la Forêt has recently been reconvened by Christelle and Régis Fouassier and is pleased with the workers in the sector as well as those who think - quite rightly - that a workers'menu has many advantages, starting with the price. At the time of our passage, a former blanquette and a salmon pad would make it possible to enjoy a pleasant meal between the hors de hors de l'oeuvre and the cheese followed, as it should, from a home dessert. Situated between Saint-Berthevin and Montjean, just steps from the concise forest, this recently renovated place benefits from a shaded terrace. As for the boss, she always has a kind word for the client, to whom she serves her hand when he crosses the threshold of his house.
