The third Louveau to hold the family home created in 1962, the son of Serge, the son of Serge, first opened in 2006 the Gourmet Restaurant L'Alliance des Flavours, a few metres from Chez Marcel, the grandfather's road between Laval and Bonchamp. Since April 11, 2014, Serge managed at Chez Marcel and moved the Alliance of flavours into a wooded park of 2 hectares near the town centre of Bonchamps. The manager bulimic of work, who saw more of a building of 700 m 2 to install the concept of his gastronomic restaurant. Two private rooms can accommodate up to 160 people and a reception room that can accommodate guests brings the restaurant back into another dimension while creating a contemporary, cosy and warm atmosphere. Side map, sophisticated and gourmet dishes that one could already taste in the anciennne address of the Alliance of flavours persist. Between the snails produced in Mayenne, the fatty liver of Meslay in Maine or the candied jazz apple with du mayennais, Serge makes the circuit short for more freshness in the mouth.
