BISTROT MARCEL
The adventure of this bistro, located just two steps from the sign of Laval, began in 1962 with Marcel, the grandfather of the current owner, Stéphane Louveau, the chef of the adjoining gourmet restaurant, L'Alliance des Saveurs (the alliance of flavours moved by the prefects to Bonchamps). At noon and evening, Marcel's workers'menu and his terrine of patés and maisons houses, as well as being done more, delight all stomachs as well as gourmets who, at a supplement, can take dishes of the day: tartar cut to the knife (try it, it is to adopt it!), turbot net to traditional small vegetables and, of course, the guts cooked at Caen fashion… The frame is pleasant (provided that you don't have to be allergic to purple) and warm service and if you like a innkeeper! For those who want to spend the night (it is sometimes preferable, after a good dinner), the Marcel Marcel offers comfortable rooms (36 € for one person, 43 € for a couple).
