BISTROT MARCEL

The adventure of this bistro, located just two steps from the sign of Laval, began in 1962 with Marcel, the grandfather of the current owner, Stéphane Louveau, the chef of the adjoining gourmet restaurant, L'Alliance des Saveurs (the alliance of flavours moved by the prefects to Bonchamps).
