LE BON CHAMPOIS
Magaly Bouthémy, 28 and Jonathan Sapien, 30 years old, decided to fly their own wings, after 5 years in avignonnaises land. Since November 2014, they have taken back the Good Champois to the Freulet couple while retaining the traditional cooking style of their fixed. In the afternoon and evening, the people of the corner enjoy to taste in the midday formula and evening menus, a Risotto de with shrimp peaks, a velvety squash with roasted hazelnuts or a crust milk calf with a crème of morels. All in a guest table atmosphere where the last arrivals are sitting next to those who preceded them. The new owners have preserved the glass roof and the terrace that in fine days makes the Bon Champois a very popular and pleasant setting for family meals.

Points négatifs : un peu d'attente (dimanche midi) et assiettes peu copieuses par rapport au prix.
On trouve aussi bon et moins cher sur Laval.
Le plat de viande n'était pas exceptionnel mais bien cuisiné.
