LA BASTIDE D'ELVA
Patricia and Eric Jarnouen have opened since November 2014, La Bastide d'Elva, formerly the Round Table. The facility has been completely redesigned and the kitchens have been restored from the ground to the ceiling and are more functional. The room has been decorated in a meeting room and can host seminars. On the plate you will find black wheat patties baptized with names that make sense for the Souche of strain like the Avesnières composed of snails, garlic butter and potatoes which refers to the Avesnières neighbourhood of Laval or the Bootz, topped with black boudin, pie and apple shredded at a lock near Laval. Products made in 53 like gorronaises sausages or organic cheese from Entrammes. For those who are not fans with patties, they can also find their happiness with a reduced juice duck on a crushed écrasé or a roasted beef tender red wine and fries. Always a success.
