Ma sœur a eu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette fleuriste hier, moi j'en avais eu l'année passée...
Aucune remise en question, c'est forcément la faute du client qui les fleurs arrivent cassées lors d'une livraison... en même temps, en y regardant de plus près dans la boutique, nous avons observé qu'elle venait des compositions avec des jonquilles complètement défraîchies.

Elle prend les gens de haut, parle d'un ton désagréable...
