CHEZ CHRISTIAN
Set in 1997 by Christian and Marie-Paule Douin, this restaurant located just a stone's throw from Laval-Entrammes Airport welcomes everyone who likes to eat fast and well. The menu changes every lunchtime and if one of the dishes ignores the boss you prepare another without any problems. In our passage, full happiness: the snout and the tomatoes of the entrance deserved as much praise as the lamb navarino and the flageolets of the main dish. And all this for 11,50 € with wine or cider, cheese and dessert (chocolate foam, floating island…) At the weekend, Chez Christian offers three menus, the most important of which allow, for 28,50 €, to leave the table with a nice belly (one entry, one fish, one meat, one cheese and one dessert!) Who says better? A priori not great world…
