The success of the Gorronnaises is that of a talented cutter, Jean-Rémy Cousin, who took over the small trade of Beau in Gorron and created, in 1988, the Rillettes Gorronaises with his wife and a friend. Twenty-five years later, the company has approximately employees and each year manufactures all the more tasty tons of products: rillettes (150 tonnes), sausages (450 t), pâtés (45 t), gut (14 t)… Moreover, rewards and other prices are down and the brand is plébisicitée on the large surface.
