LES GORRONNAISES
The success of the Gorronnaises is that of a talented cutter, Jean-Rémy Cousin, who took over the small trade of Beau in Gorron and created, in 1988, the Rillettes Gorronaises with his wife and a friend. Twenty-five years later, the company has approximately employees and each year manufactures all the more tasty tons of products: rillettes (150 tonnes), sausages (450 t), pâtés (45 t), gut (14 t)… Moreover, rewards and other prices are down and the brand is plébisicitée on the large surface. In short, the Gorronnaises belong to these few emblématiques of Emblématiques, which deserve to be eaten by tourists who want to taste the department.
